Article I. PREAMBLE AND ENACTMENT CLAUSE  

In pursuance of the authority conferred by the North Carolina General Statutes, particularly chapter 153A, article 18, part 3, the County Commissioners of Halifax County, North Carolina, hereby ordain and enact into law the following articles and sections.
