§ 6-2.1. Holidays enumerated.

The following and such other days as the commissioners may designate, are holidays with pay for all full-time, permanent, probationary, part-time and temporary employees of the county. When a holiday falls on Saturday, the holiday will be observed on the preceding Friday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the next day, Monday, will be observed.

New Year's Day	Independence Day
M. L. King, Jr.'s B'day	Labor Day
Easter (Good Friday)	Veteran's Day
Memorial Day	Thanksgiving Day
	Christmas

 

Two (2) days (Thursday and Friday) will be observed for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Sunday	Dec. 23 & 26 (Fri/Mon)
Monday	Dec. 25 & 26 (Mon/Tues)
Tuesday	Dec. 24, 25, 26 (Mon/Tues/Wed)
Wednesday	Dec. 24, 25, 26 (Tues/Wed/Thurs)
Thursday	Dec. 24, 25, 26 (Wed/Thurs/Fri)
Friday	Dec. 24 & 25 (Thurs/Fri)
Saturday	Dec. 24 & 27 (Fri/Mon)
