§ 6-5.5. Leave without pay, retention and continuation of benefits.

Excluding workmen's compensation cases, an employee ceases to earn leave credits on the date leave without pay begins. The employee will continue to be eligible for benefits under the county's group insurance plans, subject to any regulations promulgated by the commissioners and the regulations of the respective insurance companies.
