§ 408. Private easements.

Latest version.

A maximum of three (3) lots including existing lots may be located on a private perpetual easement.
(a)

The easement shall be a minimum of fifty (50) feet wide.

(b)

The easement shall provide access to each lot from a public right-of-way.

(c)

The easement shall not exceed 2,000 linear feet.

(d)

The easement shall be duly recorded and referenced on the final plat.
