§ 14-37. Account established.

(a)

Exclusivity of use of funds. All gifts and grants received from donors, fees, civil penalties, and awards shall deposited into the Central Depository General Fund.

(b)

Funds carried over. All reserve fund account monies not expended at the close of the fiscal year shall be carried forward into the succeeding fiscal year.

(c)

Subject to conditions. Gifts, grants, civil penalties, and awards received subject to conditions shall be expended in strict accordance with such conditions.
