§ 14-132. Transfer of ownership.

Each time the ownership of title to the land on which the treatment works and disposal/utilization system for animal waste from any ILO having a valid operations permit issued by the HCHD is transferred, the new owner must apply for a new operations permit within three months after the title is transferred. The permit will be issued only if the facility is being operated and maintained pursuant to the previously approved animal waste management plan as determined by the SCS and after written notification from SCS to the HCHD.
