§ 22-66. Appeals.

Appeals from any order, decision or determination by an inspector of the inspection department pertaining to the state building code or any other regulatory codes adopted by reference in article II of this chapter, or other state building laws, shall be as provided under the provisions of G.S. 153A-374, to the commissioner of insurance by filing written notice with him and with the inspection department within ten days after such order, decision or determination was originally handed down by such inspector. Further appeals may be taken to the state building code council or to the courts, as provided by law.
