§ 22-201. Well driller registration.

(a)

Every person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of using power machinery to drill, bore, core, or construct wells in the county shall register annually with the health department.

(b)

Registration shall be accomplished during the period from January 1 to January 31 of each year, or such other time the health department may determine.

(c)

Registration shall be accomplished by completing and submitting to the health department a registration application form provided by the health department for this purpose.

(d)

Upon submitting a properly completed application form, the applicant will be issued a certificate of registration.
