§ 28-37. Rates and charges/county reimbursement program.

(a)

Each franchisee shall submit a schedule of rates to the county for approval and shall not charge more or less than the approved rates without specific approval by the Halifax County Board of Commissioners.

(b)

There will be no charge for transporting prisoners incarcerated in the Halifax County Jail for medical treatment.
