§ 42-40. Hours of operation.

Latest version.

The hours of operation on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property shall be from sunrise to sunset. Persons on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property after hours shall be considered trespassing, unless in performance of assigned duties.
