No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover,
deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of
the county's wastewater treatment system. Any person violating this section shall,
upon conviction, be punished as provided for under G.S. 14-4.
