§ 1-8.11. Payroll deductions, charitable purposes.
No payroll deductions from employee's pay for contributions to charitable or other organizations will be made without request of the employee and prior approval of the county manager.

Personnel records are necessary for the proper administration of the County's personnel system and related programs. Periodic reports will be prepared as necessary to indicate compliance with applicable state and local requirements and the federal and state standards.
The Records Privacy Act, effective January 1, 1976, limits public access to employee's personnel records and clarifies that information which is a matter of public record. A copy of this form will be placed in front of each employee's personnel folder.
