§ 6-3.3. Annual leave, earning.

An employee who is in a pay status for at least one-half of the regularly scheduled workdays in any month will earn full credit for that month.

An employee who is in a pay status for less than one-half of the regularly scheduled workdays in any month will not earn any leave for that month. This applies to both annual (vacation) and sick leave.
