§ 6-4.5. Sick leave, maximum accumulation and repayment.

Sick leave will be cumulative for an indefinite period, and there will be no maximum amount of sick leave which may be accumulated.

At the time of an employee's separation, if he has taken more sick leave than earned, he must pay the county for all extra leave taken.
