§ 6-4.6. Sick leave, physician's certificate.

The county may require a physician's certificate concerning the nature of the illness and the employee's physical capacity to resume his duties for each occasion on which an employee uses sick leave. The employee's department head will be responsible for the application of this provision, so that there will be no abuse of sick leave privileges.
