§ 6-4.7. Intergovernmental transfer of sick leave.

An employee who leaves employment with a governmental unit under the local government employee's retirement system to accept employment with Halifax County will be allowed to transfer previously accumulated sick leave (maximum of 15 days) to his sick leave account with Halifax County upon employment.
