§ 9-5. REQUEST FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT REVOLVERS

(Adopted by the county commissioners March 2, 1987)
1.

Officer be at least 55 years old and have at least 20 years service with the Halifax County Sheriff's Department.

2.

In the event the county has purchased the revolver within five years prior to the individual's retirement, that they be required to pay one-half the original cost of the revolver.
