§ 202. Statement of regulation.

The owner of land or his authorized agent along with the subdivision administrator shall determine in which jurisdiction (county or city) the land to be subdivided is located. That portion of land determined to be within the county's jurisdiction shall adhere to the subdivision regulations of Halifax County.
