§ 14-135. Facility inspections.

Holders of a construction permit or an operations permit shall allow permit employees or agents of the HCHD to make one or more annual onsite inspections of the ILO, without prior notification, for the purpose of determining continued compliance with the terms of the permit. Failure to allow an inspection or unreasonably delaying an inspection shall result in the immediate suspension or revocation of the permit.
