§ 22-1. Legal authority.

This chapter is adopted in pursuance of the authority conferred by G.S. 153A-350 et seq. and other general statutes relating to building safety and maintenance. This chapter encompasses the entire North Carolina Building Code, Volumes I—V by reference, as may be amended from time to time.
