§ 22-40. Copies of code to be filed with clerk.

Latest version.

An official copy of each regulatory code adopted in this chapter, and official copies of all amendments thereto, shall be kept on file in the office of the clerk to the board. Such copies shall be the official copies of the codes and amendments.
