§ 22-42. Existing building code adopted.

Latest version.

The 1995 edition of the Existing Building Code, with 1999 revisions and North Carolina amendments, Volume IX, as adopted and published by the North Carolina Building Code Council, is hereby adopted by reference, as fully as though set forth in this chapter, as the existing building code for the county.
