§ 22-102. Same—To enforce zoning ordinance.

No permit for the alteration, repair or construction of any building or structure shall be issued unless the plans and specifications show that the building or structure, and its proposed use, will be in compliance with applicable provisions of any zoning ordinance in force in the county or a statement of compliance with the zoning ordinance of a town or a city for which the inspection department is enforcing the state building code.
