§ 22-101. Duty of inspection department—To enforce housing code.

The inspection department shall be responsible for the enforcement of any ordinance or codes adopted by the county commissioners relating to the repair, closing and demolition of dwellings unfit for human habitation, pursuant to G.S. 160A-441 et seq.
