§ 38-30. Funding.

(a)

The board of commissioners shall have the authority to enter into contracts with and accept grants from the state and federal government, to accept grants from such private sources as they may be authorized to receive by law, and to provide funds for the human relations council.

(b)

All funds of the human relations council shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the County Fiscal Control Act.
