§ 58-28. Application for service.

(a)

Service will be supplied only to those who have executed a utility user agreement.

(b)

Customers will make application for service, in the person, at the county water department, and at the same time make a deposit guarantee as required in section 58-29. If required the prevailing customer service fee shall also be paid at this time.

(c)

The county may reject any application for service which is not a available under a standard rate, which involves excessive service cost, which may affect the supply of service to other customers, or for other good and sufficient reasons.

(d)

The county may reject any application for service when the customer is delinquent in payment of bills incurred for service previously supplied at any location.
