§ 58-39. Abridgement or modification of rules.

(a)

No promise, agreement or representation of any employee of the county shall be binding upon the county except as it shall have been agreed upon in writing, signed and accepted by the acknowledged representative of the county.

(b)

No modification of rates or any of the rules and regulations shall be made by an agent of the county.
