§ 66-2. Jurisdiction.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply within the areas designated as a public water supply watershed by the state environmental management commission and shall be defined and established on the map entitled, "Watershed Protection Map of Halifax County, North Carolina," which is adopted simultaneously herewith. The watershed map and all explanatory matter contained there accompanies and is hereby made a part of this chapter. The ordinance codified as this chapter of the Code shall be permanently kept on file in the office of the county clerk.
