§ 9-10. VEHICLE LIABILITY INSURANCE

Halifax County employees are required to carry the minimum amount of vehicle liability insurance as required by the State of North Carolina with the proper classification.
It is the responsibility of the department head to determine which employee should be required to carry the "Business" classification. It is also the department head's responsibility to see that this policy is carried out.
