§ 28-73. Alarm company license.

The alarm administrator can appeal to an appropriate governmental body regulating the alarm company to suspend or revoke the alarm company's license when the alarm company fails to comply with the duties listed in section 28-72. In the event the alarm administrator cannot obtain required information about the alarm company from the governmental body regulating the alarm company, the alarm administrator can require the alarm company to supply the required information in a registration with the alarm administrator.
