§ 38-27. Meetings; annual report; minutes; advisory committees.

The human relations council shall meet at least once each month and file in writing an annual report to the county commissioners. Copies of the minutes of each meeting shall be forwarded to the county manager. The council may organize advisory committees and appoint ex officio members of such committees in order to carry out its purposes.
